The word “hypnosis” derived from the Greek word “sleep” as people used to confuse the hypnotic state of trance with sleep.  Currently it is proved that under hypnosis one is not asleep but even more awake than in normal life. Hypnosis allows people to find a connection between their body and mind, attune to their inner healing resources, and learn to use their powers to achieve their goals.
